Thanks to integrated design, the company's engineering division is able to simultaneously develop both the architectural (or general) design and the specialist components: building, structural, plant engineering and others, which make up the work.
This approach, which allows St.h to offer a global "turn key" service to the customer, is applied in all phases: from the feasibility study to the Preliminary, Definitive and Executive interdisciplinary planning at the levels required by current legislation and "permitting", to the Works Management and Safety Coordination, up to the works completion and their subsequent maintenance.
St.h also carries out works management and safety coordination activities on behalf of public and private clients, for the implementation of construction works, renovations, conservative restoration, building recovery, etc. through the coordination, management, technical, accounting and administrative control of the intervention execution, so that the works are carried out in a workmanlike manner and in accordance with the approved project.
